Brain Diversity Workshops
Brain diversity should function like an ecosystem. Differences are not flaws to be tolerated. They are essential for cooperation, resilience, and innovation. These workshops help supervisors, co-workers, and neurodiverse workers recognize and harness the opportunities that our differences create.

Workshop 1 | From Shame to Curiosity: Understanding the Contributions of Neurodiverse Brains
This workshop increases an awareness of how neurodiverse brains work — and how differences show up as challenges or strengths depending on the environment and the work. We'll also build an awareness of where our standards for "normal" performance come from, and who they were designed to serve. Participants leave knowing the difference between asking people to conform and designing for alignment.
Workshop 2 | The Instruction Manual You Never Got
Building Your ADHD/AuDHD Toolkit
Most of us were never taught how our brains actually work. Instead we were told to try harder and care more, leading to burnout, not growth. That expectation is baked into systems that prioritize conformity and profit over people. Working across five key domains, participants receive a framework for working with their brain.
Workshop 3 | Name, Reframe, and Design
Self-Advocacy for Neurodiverse Workers
If we want to co-design workplaces that reflect our differences, we need to be able to articulate those differences from a position of strength. The language we have been taught is focused on how we are in friction with cultural standards and expectations rather than on our own internal cognitive experience. This workshop helps neurodiverse workers build vocabulary for their own brains, reframe their differences on their own terms, and ask for what they need from a position of strength, with or without disclosure.
All workshops are virtual, 90 minutes long, and include breakout discussions
